Honest review: I’ve been coming to Bend for vacations many times over the last decade. I’ve stayed at Sunriver Resort, Red Lion, and a few others — always had stellar experiences. This time, I ended up booking a room at Riverhouse Lodge, and I absolutely hate to say this, but it was the worst experience we’ve ever had. I would rate the staff — including the manager I had to deal with — in the negatives for customer service if Google allowed it. Warning It's a really nice place The price is a little too high for what you get. They charge you for your pet, which is standard. Here's the rub, you stay overnight yet you are charged for two days You are charged for parking $10 but it gets better, it's actually $20 because they charge you for two days even though you only stay one night.
