My family and I had rented several rooms at the establishment for my father's memorial in Bend. It was a beautiful well kept and peaceful hotel it felt like a resort. Making s'mores and gathering around together to swim hang out and eat at this property. My daughter was able to bring her dog which was invaluable because the dog is very elderly and has issues that are concerning but she was made very comfortable and enjoyed the stay as well. Love it. Get a room with the fire pit. So nice.
Don’t stay here. You’ll be charge incorrectly and won’t be refunded. It’s like they don’t understand what they are doing. Lady at the front gave us the wrong receipt at checkout. Freaking us out thinking we would be charge over 1k. We paid through third party on their site called flex pay . So we were so confused as we looked closely at our receipt it had some others guy name on it, their total and their room number. A verybniv we place to stay, nice rooms and the river running between the different room building is beautiful. The facility is showing its age a bit, but still very nice and clean. The indoor pool and hot was lovely to visit on a cool morning and the wet sauna was also a treat. Did not use the outdoor pool.
