Nightmare ! relocated to this area a year ago due to my husband's job transfer and was informed by the office manager that we would only require a one-year lease, set to end on January 31. Lived here just over a year - no complaints! Stacy, the property manager, was helpful from the very beginning and took the time to answer all my questions (this was my first time signing a lease so I had a lot). She's also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and is happy to see you when you stop by the office for any reason. The apartments themselves are great quality for the price, and any problems I've had have been fixed promptly. Most neighbors are quiet but friendly whenever I've ran into them. Highly recommend!

DO NOT RENT FROM LLOYD PROPERTIES! These people are nothing but crooks, con artists, & excuse machines. Specific to Riverbend Townhomes - these buildings are awful and your rent is a complete ripoff. It's like living in a crappy dorm room. You have to sign a 16 MONTH LEASE just to get the lowest price. My 2 bedroom townhome was nearly $2000 a month after utilities at that rate. Floors are cheap and break all the time, furnace is upstairs and thermostat is downstairs so your air will never work right, and the washing machine ... read more
