Stacy gave me a tour of two beautiful apartments and she was incredibly nice and welcoming. She was very cool to chat with! and took the time to answer all of my questions. Her friendly and professional attitude made the experience enjoyable, and she left a great impression! Hope to move in soon🤞
Wasn’t terrible while we lived there but we were definitely charged to flip the apartment and get it ready for the new tenants. While waiting to dispute the charges, Lloyd companies told us not to pay and to wait for Stacy to respond to them. While waiting (and calling them back several times) they sent us to collections. We lived here for roughly 7 years and were perfect tenants. But they didn’t acknowledge that. Even though a manager walked thru and said everything looked good, They sent us a bill for $1200. My girlfriend and I lived at this property for 7 years. Most of it was okay, but the ending wasn’t what we were expecting. We were charged over $1700 at the move out. A number we thought was absurd, and very unfair. We contacted management, and were told we had to go through Lloyd companies. Nothing was ever done until they sent us to collections. It was a great place to live and all but they scam you when you move out. Me and my roommate have arranged with the old lady at the desk that we would be moving out. Everything was set, all we had to do is make sure everything was clean and that we throw all the trash away and we did. We even left a few days earlier so that the new tenants would start settling in. And then we turn in the key and then a few weeks pass by and they hit us with $900 charge.
