We work with Nik Patel and have bought two of our houses from him. He is such a great person to work with, he is very patient with us and what we are looking for in a home and does not rush the process. Although we are not moving anytime soon we when we are ready we know Nik is just a call away. Nik has become a friend of ours even our side of the realtor world. Very thank for him and his team.
Bought 2 homes and sold 1 through The Rivera Group. Loved the experience so much that I did a video back in 2019 for them as well (last house purchase). They are experienced and have a ton of patience! Trust them for your next real estate need in the area!
