They report on things other local papers won't and they also run "good stories" not just bad ones .
I appreciate how they cover the news. I pick it up at Pecks now & then..I don't see it in Liberty. My standing joke is something that has never gotten any attention even though I cancelled my subscription because the person I discussed it with was apparently not into puzzles. But let me tell you, I am a puzzle person, but when the answers are in next weeks addition, that is plain stupid.. So other papers get my $$. It gives me a break after reading the news.
