Beautiful apartments! Moving in next month for a year while we look for our new home in Rhode Island!
Do not move here, whatever you do. There are mold issues in various areas, the bathrooms are not always up to code, and they even claimed I had a dog barking in my apartment for hours on end and insisted I pay for the 'pet tax'. I had no dog. Which means this place is haunted by ghost dogs. GHOST DOGS. edit: Unfortunately for you, this review is accurate. I was harassed about pets that I do not have. Horrible experience all around. Trash in the parking lot, mold in the walkways, overpriced, and rude front desk people with no experience in hospitality. Packages get stolen. The river smells terrible depending on time of year also. Do not pass go, do not collect $200. edit: Yeah, I'm sure I"m making this all up. You can lie about me not having been a resident all you want. I left during the early termination period which frankly is the only good thing about this place.
I didn’t want to write this because I truly love living here but I need to warn people. I’ve been dealing with escalating and repeated harassment from another resident over the course of 8 months, including slurs, graphic and violent threats that management has not been able or willing to address in any meaningful way. I walked in last minute today to hopefully see a unit as I am relocating to New England. I was treated warmly when I walked in, and Angela was AMAZING! She was so sweet, and answered every question I had. In my opinion, this makes a huge difference when searching for an apartment.
