As a parent of a college student, who currently resides at Center Ithaca, I would not recommend renting from Travis Hyde Properties. Management does not respect or care about their tenants. In light of the coronavirus pandemic, where most businesses have been taking steps to protect their patrons, Center Ithaca has done the complete opposite. RecommendedThis is a terrible company which doesn’t give students deposit back. I stayed in 407 College Ave 2B in 2018. The company said to me who went back to China, we can only mail you the check. Your friend can’t take it for you. So I wait. From Feb 14,2019 to now. No check. No email. This is so terrible. So sad!
