Always a pleasure to return here. Large, comfortable, quiet rooms. First Class service, however very pricey. Can be noisy in Entyse, the bar and restaurant. Have stayed here multiple times per year for several years. This last time, noticed how badly the hallways smell, both on the residential floors, as well as on the lobby floor. Something must have happened here, and it needs to be cleaned up.
Concierge Sara was helpful and provided excellent service. Adan in the restaurant was fantastic.
We had an excellent stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Tysons. The service was amazing from beginning to end, and everyone was professional, kind, and attentive. The room was beautiful, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The amenities were also in excellent condition, which made the stay feel even more relaxing. The spa was fantastic and one of the highlights of the visit. The hotel is also extremely convenient because it is connected to Tysons Galleria, so there are great food options, shopping, and Shotted Coffee right there.... read more
Our stay here was nothing short of fabulous and all thanks to James! He made our stay so nice as well as the valet and the bell person. We stayed in an executive suite and it was remarkable. It felt like home away from home. The convenience of being able to stroll the Galleria was also nice. Thank you!
In my recent stay at the Ritz-Carlton, unfortunately, I noticed that the staff didn’t give me genuine attention. I felt like their interactions were rushed, as if they just wanted to get it over with. There wasn’t the warmth or welcome you’d expect from a hotel of this level, and it made the experience less than I had hoped for. This isn’t the first time I’ve stayed with them, and unfortunately, it has been a repeated experience each stay. I stay there mainly because the hotel is close to my work.
