Rooms could use and update but the service makes up for it.
This is easily my favorite hotel in the Tysons area when traveling to DC for work - great rooms, fantastic amenities and always a pleasant experience. I've stayed here multiple times and have stayed at other hotels in the area but the Ritz always comes out on top. High recommend for work or even a weekend escapade given all the amenities they've to offer.
We had an amazing time at the Ritz. From the moment we checked in, Matt G. at the front desk made us feel at home. He sent us champagne and dessert for our 4th anniversary and personalized the card. The housekeeping staff were all very kind and made our stay amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to the DC area. We had the best service of any hotel the DMV. We are sure they will be top 10 Ritz Carlton hotels very soon.
Matt G and his team are absolutely fantastic at their profession. You can really tell the culture here at the Ritz is stellar. It starts from the top and trickles down. Everyone is on the same page from the housekeepers to the doorman. I really enjoyed our stay for our 4 year anniversary. We have frequented this location before and it only gets better with time. Thank you!
