PERFECT 10 – They do everything right. It's amazing. They go out of their way to please their guests - especially repeat guests (i.e. They provided a plate of dried frut & nuts on my second visit). The bathrooms are solid marble. Beds are made of a featherbed layed on a very hard matress, but I found them comfortable. Rooms are very serene, quiet, well decorated, and well lit (and of course no harsh florescent lights like every other hotel these days).
