I had an amazing experience at the Ritz Carlton Spa, and it’s all thanks to Mia and Jamie! Mia gave me a quick tour of the spa, led me to my locker, and helped get me situated. I was pretty frazzled when I walked in, but she was super sweet and definitely got me relaxed, comfortable, and ready to enjoy my massage. Jamie gave one of the best massages I’ve had. (I even fell asleep!) She targeted all my areas of concern and even pivoted mid-massage when I mentioned I had a migraine due to my TMJ. She really worked on the tensio... read more
Better spas elsewhere. Save your time. We got a massage and body treatment and it wasn’t worth it
Rude and unprofessional staff. Our spa at home is better, and we wasted a couple of hours on our vacation. Don’t come here.
