Terrible experience- don’t waste your time or money. The facility is extremely small- a maximum capacity of 3 people- there is no privacy as you try and undress nor any place to get ready after your treatment. Not much they can do about that but this is the Ritz and there shouldn’t have been dirty towels and used robes overflowing in the bins. The massage was subpar. The therapist did not work on the areas I requested and when I reminded her, did a quick 5 min focus at the end. They also ran out of bottled water. When we che... read more

Honestly felt discriminated as I walked in there. To be seen and spoken to as if I was an outcast and to find out the guy is the general manager? That is untorolable BEHAVIOR. Maybe he needs to be educated and given some classes in regards to culture and perhaps he might be a little better off. Never going there again
