Your session comes with a free aromatherapy oil of your choice, with the option to add on additional treatments I added on hot stones (extra $35), and it was amazing!!! Our massage therapist were Amy and Ivana. I highly recommend you book those two if you’re looking for a deep tissue/tension specialist. My timing must have been perfect, because everything was excellent! Clean facilities. Outstanding service. Warm and welcoming staff. Just everything that one comes to expect with the Ritz Carlton brand. I had the pool, sauna and steam room all to myself! 5-star experience! Thank you, especially to Angelica at the front desk and my massage therapist Caroline. I’ll be back.
Spa was great, did couples massage and it was very relaxing.
Maja is incredible. Very professional thorough and sincere. I cannot overemphasize her skill If it were feasible I would rate 10 stars
I booked a 50 minute massage and 30 minute facial. My massage was wonderful but my facial wasn't. The esthetician wasn't prepared for my visit and didn't know what service I was getting. She fumbled to read through the notes on her phone which forced us to start a few minutes late. The facial itself was fine but she ended 7 minutes early. That combined with the late start meant my facial was less than 20 minutes long.
