To preface, Maya and Grace were both very kind and genuinely tried to resolve the situation, I want to acknowledge that upfront. This review in no way reflects my hotel stay experience. It is specific to my time spent in the spa. I have traveled extensively and have enjoyed pampering at a multitude of spas around the world. In my humbled opinion, even though this spa is scrupulously clean & the staff is very professional, the spa itself falls short regarding quality of services offered for the price, amenities & privacy.
