One of the best customer service spa experiences we have ever had! Danny the men’s locker room attendant deserves a Raise! He was extremely kind and knowledgeable and went above and beyond throughout my day there to make sure I was fully satisfied with my spa experience. The Ritz Dallas selling features are their recovery amenities (steam sauna whirlpool and cold plunge) the hot cold contrast was great and everything worked extremely well. So many times I go to a facility and something is broken or out of order but not here.... read more

We live north of Dallas so it’s a bit of a hike but the Ritz spa is my absolute favorite splurge and well worth the drive! The last two years we have stayed at the hotel NYE night and then I go to the spa the next day. The amenities are great-definitely allow yourself time for the jacuzzi or the sauna before your treatment. I had a wonderful diamond botanical scrub followed by a wonderful moisturizing massage by Laurie. Left feeling wonderfully relaxed and will definitely be back soon!
Karen gave me the most healing, quality facial I’ve ever had 🤍 amazing top tier experience. I came in need TLC and left feeling rejuvenated and loved 🙏🏻
