Great massage the facility itself is clean but dated need some upgrades. The steam room was also under renovations when I went so there wasn’t much amenities to enjoy put the massage Therapist was great.
I recently visited the Ritz-Carlton Spa for the first time and came in with very high expectations, given the brand’s reputation for luxury and the glowing experiences shared by others. My massage therapist was truly wonderful—so kind, attentive, and I especially appreciated the accommodations for women with a larger bust. Staff, amenities, and massage was wonderful. Sheree did a great job!
Spa experience was awesome. Place was clean and Staffs were really sweet and professional. But on my way out after my shower in changing room some drunk person was vomiting in the bathroom right next to the changing room. Hope you guys make sure no one who’s drunk or is drinking is in the sauna or hot tub area. That wasn’t a pleasant end.
