How disappointing. I recently visited Dallas for the first time and as a busy mom of three, decided to pamper myself for the first time in a long time. I chose this spa as its services aligned with my wants, the quality of the the ritz-Carlton brand being high, and a lot of good reviews. I had two massages first which were phenomenal! My second time here and just as great as the first! Exceptional staff from the valet to the spa hosts to the masseuse. A kind gentlemen helped me into the spa a little early so I could wait inside instead of standing in the hall. Belinda was wonderful as usual. Maile (Miley?) was FANTASTIC at my massage and very caring. She did a great job understanding I was 3 months postpartum and adjusted accordingly. Yes, it’s pricey but so worth the experience and level of expertise. The waiting area is superb. Love coming here!

From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for a treat. The front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles and herbal tea while I waited. The spa itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a calming atmosphere with soft music and soothing scents. I really enjoyed my experience at the Spa with my day pass. The staff members here are very friendly and welcoming and explained the experience from beginning to ending. Imy favorite amenity was the sauna, it wasn’t something that literally took my breath away like the steam room. I will say the steam room didn’t have the “eucalyptus scent” that’s mentioned online but it was VERY steamy which did the job I needed it to.
