Tried booking an apartment through booking.com. I booked the place and paid promptly with a credit card. Several weeks later I got an email stating they had canceled my reservation due to "overbooking". I'm writing this in October and was not supposed to stay here until January. Totally unacceptable to list a property and then cancel after someone has booked and paid. Be careful when booking here especially through booking.com

Unpleasant welcoming from the receptionist CINDY! Please hire someone who is willing to do their basic jobs. She is extremely unprofessional and don’t planning to keep her here at my building and make me do her part of job! She need to find an other place to work.
