Only visited for an event, but was very impressed with the overall appearance, the location and the catering.
Had a great stay here with amazing views of the swan river. Was fortunate enough to get a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room. Unfortunately we had some issues with missing amenities for the 3rd guest and missing complimentary water but they were quick to respond when contacted. Large bathroom with fluffy robes. It can get a bit cold inside thought Great location by elizabeth quay. Plenty of food options and nearby transport options
Fantastic stay at the Ritz Carlton. Great service and nice rooms. Everything was done well. Breakfast could of been better in the restaurant. But overall a fantastic spot and a great stay.
