0 stars !!! Spending over 500 for 1 night stay in a disgusting DIRTY bathroom with built up grime is ridiculous- no refund nothing just 20 excuses . Firstly the manger stepahanie and her entire staff customer service is disgusting and ignores responses. Gets upset beacaue there's no kind regards at the ends of my emails ahahhahaahah Then exculates the situation by gaslighting
The rooms are nice and spacious, although some signs of wear and tear are starting to show. The location is excellent. However, the service is absolutely mediocre - it is more suitable for a 3-star motel rather than the Ritz-Carlton. These guys could not care less about their guests.
Was just served by Camila hard lounge she was absolutely amazing went above and beyond best service I've had in a long time
