Room 471 head board dirty with I know fluids see attached pictures If you use phone in room for front desk they don’t answer I tried to get them to come clean it up when I arrived no answer you have to go thru multiple elevators to get from street level to your room Valet was good

I make frequent trips here as a weekend getaway from Florida. Sometimes I don’t even leave the hotel. The jazz bar and food served there are absolute bliss, relaxing and like stepping into another world. The spa is phenomenal and I enjoy using the gym. A whole self care space in an unlikely location New Orleans
