This is a very nice hotel but way overpriced. They have a nice arcade and pool and room service was top notch. We had a great time but i think it's better to stay at their Tiruron location and enjoy the pool and lazy river. Then come to this one for the few hrs that you'll be at the beach or watch the sunset. Just to point something out, the balconies railing are NOT up to code. The space between pickets is 5 and even 6 inches instead of 4" or less so it's a hazard for babies and toddlers. I have been holding off on writing this review to give the Ritz-Carlton an opportunity to resolve the situation, but after two weeks, nothing has been done. During my stay, my jewelry was stolen from my room. I am deeply disappointed—not only by the theft itself, but also by how poorly the incident has been handled.
