Gave it another chance and had a beautiful time with family visiting from Cali! Thank you
Service, especially for our kids, was outstanding. They really went out of their way to make our kids comfortable (including sending up treat bags and cookies and milk after our flight was delayed).
Spa is most concerned with upselling add ons which pads your incidentals when you check out. Masseuse suggested asked if they could use stones halfway thru massage, $150 add on learned about upon checking out.
