How do I even get started. Family owns a timer share and honestly a great purchase. We go every year and they have free busses to and from the hotel to the heart of downtown aspen. Free cookies in lobby (both buildings) Game room (one building) great pools, hot tubs, saunas, spa’s, etc… also offer free hot chocolate in the lobby in both building and great for when your going skeeing. If you need to mail anything just ask the receptionist for a piece of paper and an envelope, hand it back to them when done and that’s it.
This is one of the finest facilities I have ever stayed at. The hospitality is second to none and the people are just downright friendly and enjoyable to be around. From the minute you arrive, you are treated like royalty. From greeting you by name to making sure your needs are met, this team goes above and beyond. The club manager (Sasa) is superb! I hope he remains there for years to come. What an excellent team and pleasant stay. Nothing but good things to say!
Stayed here last week (Late July) and it was perfect. Had three young children in the 3 bedroom suite and it was a great amount of space. Furnishings and amenities are top notch, service is excellent, and location is great. Kids had room to run around the village and slopeside and there were options for eating nearby. The drive into Aspen was really manageable and there is also a bus stop nearby, not to mention the shuttle to the Maroon Bells picks you up just a few steps from the hotel.
