An amazing experience! This hotel is a 5 star experience all the way. The location is perfect, right on the slopes by a main chair lift. The hotels ski valet team is a luxury touch, your boots are heated and ready for you when you call and pick them up. The team also goes as far as to place your skis right by the lifts for you. The room are spacious and very comfortable. Hotel pool and jacuzzis are lovely. The Ritz Carlton Highlands Aspen offered well decorated and furnished condos/apartments. Ski out from facility. Bus every 30 minutes to other Aspen ski locations. Definitely a 5 star lodge.
