We stayed at this Ritz-Carlton expecting the basics of a luxury hotel. What we got was a room that never dropped below the outdoor high temperature the entire time we were there. On arrival the room was already as hot as the outside air. We set the thermostat to Max AC and left it there for the full 48 hours.
