Fantastic service, from being greeted at front door by George you feel like the most important guest. Majority of the staff address you by name, even ones who you haven't spoken to. Room is impressive with comfortable bed. Location allows you to explore Cleveland by foot. Impressed for sure

I stayed the other night, and at around 3am I was on my way down to have a cigarette and when I stepped out of the elevator the gentleman at the valet desk greeted me by name. Never met him or saw him prior to this. I dont know what magic is at work behind the scenes at RCC but it's the little details like that that seperate the Ritz-Carlton from ordinary hotel chains. Not to mention, absolutely every second of my stay blew my expectations out of the water. I've been Ritz-Carlton'd for life!
