Rooms are acceptable. Service is typical of other Marriott chains but I wouldn’t liken it to usual Ritz experience. Some restaurants were closed during stay. Beautiful view of beach. Drinks were great. Phenomenal amenities with golf, tennis, biking. Club lounge wasn’t included in stay although I’m Titanium level.

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. My wife’s diamond rings and diamond earrings went missing directly from our hotel room during our stay. We had to involve the Sheriff’s Department to file a official police report. To make matters worse, hotel management displayed complete apathy—showing no genuine concern for our situation nor offering any form of assistance or compensation. Seems like just a high end Marriott. The amenities in the rooms are not great. Paper coffee cups instead of real coffee cups; we are in a suite and while it is a huge room, the view is not great. The menu at the restaurant Coast is underwhelming. They only give you one towel at the beach chairs and that one towel doesn't even cover the chair. We’re here for six nights and I’m not sure I would be coming back.

Rooms, Service and Location are perfect. The pool are and beach are great. The breakfast buffet was perfect, where omelettes are prepared in clarified butter, and not in seed oils. The food selection and quality at the Coast restaurant is good, but not great, but, hey, good is sometimes good enough. Overall a great stay.
