Straight up unprofessional and rude. It’s a shame I expect the best from black owned businesses.
I'll never ask Derrick of Rite Floors to install any form of flooring in our home again. You get you pay! He reassured me, that the planks would not lift and that's exactly what they're doing. He wouldn't respond to a text with a picture showing the plank that he had to come back and "tack" down after installation. If these planks continue to lift; this flooring will soon have to be replaced. One would think, a small business owner would take pride in their work. And, he was paid in cash!
I am very pleased with my new hard wood floors and carpet installation. Derrick is a fair and honest businessman.
