Rita is awesome! Rita arrived at my house with a very professional binder she had prepared of market analysis for my old location. I was so impressed by the quality of the contents of that binder! She was very patient in understanding what I was looking for and showed me several options. She made things happen for me! Closed on both old a new houses on the same day. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for real estate. She’s GOOD and good people! Love her!
Rita was so easy to work with even from a long distance. Rita was quick to communicate with us whenever we needed anything and always let us know what was happening at the house. She arranged all of the repairs and cleaning services and sold our house in two weeks. All of our paperwork was done via email and the closing via FedEx. All we did was arrange the rotary and it was finished.
