I do not recommend moving here. The apartment buildings are gross and unkept there are rats and roaches running through the apartments and when you call and talk to leasing about any issues you are hit with immediate attitude as if you asking them to do their job is like building the great wall of china. GERMAN COCKROACHES have infested this building. Never having a problem with them prior, they have been an ongoing pest in my unit and building. Management has had an exterminator come 5 times now over the course of two months to get rid of these pests in my unit, and they keep coming back. They refuse to leat me out of my lease even though this breaks landlord tenant rights in Colordao requiring the leasing aganecy/complex to solve the issue or let me out of my lease.
