I'm honestly embarrassed I didn't write this review sooner ... Life. I cannot recommend Joel Custer more. He was phenomenal! I had to sell a property remotely and Joel was my hands, feet, eyes, brain, everything on the ground. He was amazing. With his guidance the property sold in less than a week! Scott Ringer is top notch! He and Joel Custer work hard for their clients and are super responsive and great to work with.
This agency represented a seller in a transaction in which I was the buyer. Unfortunately, several things came to light after closing that showed some deception had taken place. They likely represented their seller well, but some of the practices were at least unethical and at most illegal.
