Unexpectedly, my necklace chain broke, and I had assumed that there was no way for it to be fixed. However, after a thorough analysis of the chain and an explanation about how it would be fixed, I got a call informing me that it was ready. It looks almost new and feels really solid.
Amazing store and employees. I was last minute looking for a wedding ring and Sabina was very kind in showing us all the options and making it happen. She made a next day ring size adjustment happen and delivered it to us the day before our flight. Very great service!
The staff was friendly and they really took the time to do research and help us out with what we were looking for.
