he location of Rimrock is fantastic, but unfortunately, the rooms are a letdown. The carpet is incredibly old, and the rooms themselves feel run down. Everything about it feels outdated(except the main lobby), and for the price you're paying, it's hard to overlook. If the price was lower, the condition of the rooms wouldn’t be as big of an issue, but when you're paying top dollar, you expect a much higher standard. Hotel is very convenient and staff was great. Rooms are very nice & comfortable. It’s a repeat I I were to visit Banff. Definitely recommend this hotel. Free shuttle to & from Banff & area was great.
The room we had is really nice and has a great view. Halls and room is a bit dated but is clean and there are staffs that always clean up the room. Hotel staffs are also nice and very accommodating. And our stay is pretty smooth and easy as the hotel is very accessible within banff area.
