Extremely understaffed, poor communication all around. We were told our loved one would have therapy and a comprehensive treatment plan from day one. She was left to sleep it off, never invited to group therapy, had to time her own meds, was discharged early with no call to caregivers to come pick her up, given no discharge paperwork or follow up instructions whatsoever. We could’ve managed this at home. Don’t listen to admissions; they lie.

Worst place I have ever been. Met with my counselor three times for 15 minute intervals. Was not told of the full daily schedule until reemed by counselor for not attending. She wanted me to stay longer than 30 days because "you have good insurance". They are after the almighty dollar. MDs just prescribed more meds, not interested in listening to the real issues Pictures are deceiving. Four beds to a small room with one bathroom.
