I would highly recommend Kristin and John to anyone! They are extremely friendly and great to work with, I enjoyed working with them through every step of my home purchase process. They genuinely care about their clients and where they end up - extremely happy with my new home and will be referring all my friends and family to Kristin and John!

Kristin and John were very attentive to my needs and desires as to the type of home I wanted to purchase. They were both friendly, even cheerful, as they worked with me. I never felt that I was 'too small' of a client to be worth their focused attention and was never pressured to buy the most expensive house that I could afford. On the other hand, they always discouraged me from spending too much on a house that clearly needed extensive work. They were both wonderful to work with and I highly recommend them!
We were a bit nervous buying a home since our last experience was not as easy as it could have been, but the Beise team is AMAZING! We're so grateful that this time the home buying process was so smooth. We're appreciative and in awe of their knowledge, patience with us, and expertise along the way.
