The Broker "Fred" sent my office an offer for a home that we have listed and upon review of his offer we made a counter offer to him along with a few back and forth emails to confirm questions that he had. Our counter offer was in his hands and we never heard back from him after multiple emails and calls to him requesting an answer to our counter offer.
