We bought a car at a bargain price, and have been satisfied with the owner, Jose & his follow up efforts. However his secretary/wife was very abrasive to me. As a disabled 70 yr old, I am not as Fast as she liked, in filling out title info. She called me, yelling, arguing & just plain lying to me. It hurt our overall experience with them. She may do this paperwork daily, but I do not. Her impatience bordered on bullying. If not for Ms. Martha, our purchase would have been perfect. Not professional, and does not uphold their end of the car sale in regards to maintenance. Communication with buyers is non-existant.
