Matt Brooks was wonderful throughout the entire process. He gave great insight on the Philadelphia region along with going above and beyond his original obligations.
Would not recommend. Very rude staff. After a 2 hour drive from NY the agent's salesperson decided to not show the place and said "you can help yourself" Just because the property is distressed you scheduled an appointment to show it. After calling the Broker she surprised me with new information that they cannot even give title insurance for 6 additional months; why wouldn't the salesperson that I spoke to the day prior that scheduled the showing inform me of this important information. Matt Brooks is excellent!! We could not have asked for a better realtor for our property in Blue Bell. He was extremely knowledgeable of the area including School district, real estate value, and neighborhood. He went out of his way to provide additional showings when there was high interest in the property. Holding two open houses in a weekend, he provided excellent advice and timeliness to the final sale. I can't say enough about his knowledge of the area.
