Nathan sold a house for us that turned into a nightmare. What was supposed to be a clean sale got complicated when we had problems getting water data from the domestic well to satisfy the buyer. We ended up having to abandon the well while under contract and dig over 1,500' of ditches in the middle of winter (ground was frozen 15" down and we had to use jackhammers) to hook into an alternative well.
