I want to make sure and take the time to let you know what amazing service, hospitality and kindness your staff showed to my family! I want to especially recognize 4 representatives at the front desk, in particular 2 were very special and helpful! I stayed at this hotel last month expecting a high-end experience, but unfortunately, it was anything but. Upon checkout, I paid my full balance in cash, only to discover the next day that my credit card had been charged the entire amount. I also realized I was never given an invoice upon check out and I did not receive an invoice by email. Therefore, I had no proof of my payment. Miles C. checked us in and he was amazing. He helped me deal with an issue immediately. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. I will definitely stay again.

I recently stayed at The Riding Academy Hotel, and it was a fantastic experience! Amanda S. at the front desk truly made my visit special with her exceptional service. She went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, providing helpful recommendations and accommodating my room request with ease. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with clean and well-appointed rooms, a lovely pool area, and a great customer service. Overall, I highly recommend The Riding Academy Hotel for a relaxing stay.
