If you want to deal with loud noisy neighbors above you, then this is the place to be. No matter how many complaints you put with management nothing gets resolved. Update: They responded to this review but not to the actual complaint filed that requested a response. Again… nothing gets resolved.

I previously reviewed this company and give them a 5 star review, but since they change management and office stuff which is definitely rude. I promise you I will not renew my lease. It’s overpriced for the area and the help that you need from the office is underwhelming. Mind you ice been a resident for 3 years for two different stint.
This place has a lot of maintenance issues. The apt are older, not luxury. The price is too high for affordable living again not luxury. We had big issues here with maintenance problems . The window's not sealed well. Cabinets suck. The tub creaks loudly I haven’t enjoy my shower since I moved here a month ago Maintenance and the property MANAGMENT should do better . Do not move to the Ridgeleigh at Van Dorn. Absolutely terrible all around. Every single interaction I have had with the ladies at the leasing office has been bad. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. Constant maintenance issues, Car break-ins, outrages fees, poor communication, etc.
