Excellent service and evaluation of our dog during a same day appointment! They gave us hope to help our dog’s back problem and a workable treatment plan where they went above and beyond to accommodate our dog’s health issues.
We arrived early and we're seen before appointment time. Thank you to an always friendly and professional staff!
We always feel good taking our cats to dr. Backlund. He seems to care about our pets as much as we do. Excellent staff too.
We love Backlund!!! We have been with Nels for over 30 years now. The whole staff is so welcoming. We have a very stressed out westie - especially when it comes to going anywhere in the car but the second Nels comes into the exam room, our dog instantly calms down.....it's amazing. Would highly recommend.

I have taken our 11 yr old standard schnauzer to Dr Beck for rehab care. It has been incredible! He has improved 100%. His accupuncture and knee injections have been the difference in his ability to walk pain free. I will continue his rehab care there and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.
