We were disappointed with our stay here. The hotel is undergoing renovation. Unfortunately, our room had not been renovated. Based on the prices we were paying, we expected more attention to detail. The room we had was more akin to a budget chain with black mold in the showers, construction debris in the hallway. The renovated common areas were nice, especially the pool and wedding venue.
Spent two full days enjoying the outdoor and indoor pools with my family (10 total people), four kids ranging from 1.5-7 years old. One of the best pool decks we had the pleasure of enjoying. We are appreciative of the clean resort restrooms as we are in the midst of potty training. Saw a good amount of rooms being updated, looking forward to our next stay!

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. I had a complaint regarding the Italian restaurant, but unfortunately, no one offered an apology or even a compliment or refund to address the issue. Additionally, the hotel uses an tons of plastic in food service, which is both wasteful and environmentally irresponsible. This added to the overall negative impression. The quality of the food itself was also poor. Overall, I expected a much higher standard for this price and would not recommend staying here.
Wonderful stay. Atmosphere very peaceful. Serene clean amenities. Our room seem freshly decorated. The staff was helpful and friendly. Definitely come back.
