Management is horrendous The apartments themselves are decent however the management consists of the most incompetent employees. If there is a problem and you call the office they will give you one answer and if you call again and get a hold of someone else they will give you a different answer. Hidden Fees Hidden fees galore. Separate fee for “water management” and “electric management” then another “utility management” fee each month on top of your rent and utility payment. Utility payments are also just split evenly across the board so if you work to conserve energy won’t really matter if your neighbors are cranking the A/C. Oh and did I mention if you happen to be late with any of these payments you’ll be charged a 10% outstanding balance fee then $5 a day until you pay in full. Do NOT stay here! Poor management! Poor communication skills! Will give the run around and repeatedly lie to you! You are not their best interest! It is too expensive to pay and not have simple problems handled!
Fee after fee after fee. Don’t be fooled by what they say your rent will be because plan on having multiple fees tacked on each month to the tune of close to an additional $100. Insurance, water admin fee, electric admin fee, 10% late charge if. It paid by the 3rd of the month plus $5/day that it is late. Additional water bill and electric bill that is not calculated based on what your unit used but by dividing evenly among everyone in the entire apartment complex.
My daughter is being harassed by her roommates. It has been almost 3 weeks and Bryanna Xander has done NOTHING about it. She will not return any of my phone calls. I guess they are waiting on someone to hurt my daughter before they do anything about it. I have contacted a lawyer and the police. After all the lies I have been told my the office, I am going to contact MultiVersity Housing Partners! This is unacceptable, poor and unprofessional management!
Extremely unprofessional Bry Xander at the corporate office for The Ridge refused to return my phone call to address major issues with my son’s apartment. MultiVersity apparently acquired the Ridge at Clemson in the past few months. The Ridge is a two year old property. A seal leak in a toilet caused a flood in my son’s apartment at the end of July. The apartment was not only not ready for my son’s planned return on 8/12, he returned to find all of his belongings unguarded in the hall and covered in drywall dust. He and his ... read more
RecommendedStill looking for someone to takeover my lease. I have a $635 rate, and I have heard if you sign with the office, the rates are now in the $700s. You can live in any 4 bedroom with whoever. I am also offering $150 cash in addition for taking it over.
I was very stressed in moving my son at the last minute. With only 1 room left, Mama B was so helpful and kind! She knew every kids name that walked through the door but was also very stern on the rules. My kind of Mamma! I know that he will be taken care of if need be. Thank you again for taking such good care of us. Great management!!
