Came here to do a homecare evaluation on. A patient. It is very luxurious here and has a a hotel like vibe. The rooms are spacious and clean. Quiet as well. You dont here any noise from neighbors. They have pleasant staff here. Ample street parking for visitors. Nice PT gym. They were only short staffed at night.
The Ridge makes a nice first impression with its new hotel-like design, gourmet looking restaurants, polished tours, and big promises of exceptional care. Unfortunately, once you move in, those promises quickly fall apart and you realize this is not what you signed up for. We moved our father to The Ridge after a huge disappointment at another place The Ridge always has staff available and are so attentive Dining is excellent and the interaction with thier residents is wonderful All rooms are kept beautifully and dining very upgraded So happy and relaxed now that he’s living at the Ridge and love the warmth of staff
Their drivers park in the fire lane and then in handicap without a placard. Very rude and dangerous
My mom moved in April 2025 and it’s been a wonderful experience. The staff is very helpful and Ian helped us with all our questions and concerns. Her studio apartment is beautiful, light and bright. It has everything she needs. My family is happy my mom has 24 hour care just in case she needs something in the middle of the night. Mom says, “The “J’s” Jenna, Jess, Jaclyn and Jessica greet me with bright smiles and morning coffee.
