I lived there for a year, it took 6 months of complying before they’d fix our hot water, and a year until they fixed our ac. When they did fix the ac they didn’t tell us they were coming into the apartment and removed everything from our closet, including a brand new wedding dress, and laid them amongst the bedroom opening up be ceiling. After that they left it that way, with wires hanging down and water dripping. Took me around a hour a half to finally get someone down there to fix it. My husband,my daughter and I toured the property yesterday. The staff was very nice and helpful. I found that this neighborhood to be very safe. I can't wait to move in!!!!!
