This place was an awful place to live for one reason and one reason alone. The people in management are awful, terrible people. They have ruined my reputation as a renter when I have done nothing wrong but move into an apartment with defects that were already there. If they were at least a bit more understanding it would be better. And I would like to add I feel as if I'm not owed anything except for what I deserve.
This is an awesome place to live.The manager and maintenance people do a great job of keeping the place clean and crime free.The bad reviews gotta be from the ones that think they are owed everything cause this place is great
Living at the ridge went from being one of the best experiences to the worst in a matter of days. When it came time to move out we were suckered out of our washer and dryer (that we paid almost 200 dollars for), our deposit, and we were accused of defacing things in the apartment that were there previously. The staff talked down to me and made up their own rules to see that I kneeled at their feet and let them be in control. This place is wonderful. Very homey, calm, and quiet. The staff in the office make me feel very apart of their lives. They throw parties for every holiday and are very lenient with you if you're late on payments. The apartments are very spacey and well put together. I love living here!
