Property manager Mayrel P. will invade your privacy without proper notice(24hours), post inappropriate messages to tenants in the community group chat(rude), shut off your buildings water daily due to an “emergency”, and set unnecessary complex rules. I am utterly frustrated and disappointed with my experience at The Ridge at San Diego. Firstly, the management inexcusably delayed returning my deposit for over a month, and when I finally received it, they deducted $160 for "cleaning" despite immediately beginning renovations after my departure. The check included an unknown person's name, making it impossible for me to cash it without that person's presence. Throughout my year of tenancy, the administration was consistently unreliable. Update edit: exterminator came 3-4 weeks ago, and roaches are back already. I constantly have to have someone in my home for this situation. Very frustrating and inconvenient. Currently living here.. two years now.. BELIEVE THE ONE STAR REVIEWS... There have been 3 owners since I've moved here if that's any indication of anything. 1.
