There are so many positive things about living at The Ridge at Eastern Trails - the neighbors are friendly, the apartments have everything you could want including newer, well-working appliances, parking is a non-issue, even the choice of the paint color in the apartments adds to living comfortably! I have nothing, but positive experiences, and a big reason is due to the Assistant Property Manager, Jamie Dupell, who made the application process actually enjoyable and move in seamless. Beautiful location, and great management team! I had the pleasure of working with one of their expert leasing agents Zuleika "Zee" Cruz! She went above and beyond to make sure that all my inquiries and needs were met. By far without question the best experience I've had working with a leasing agent. Highly recommend looking into this place and working with her.

Been quite happy here for a few years except for the scam they run with the local tow company when it snows. Be prepared, and have $465 ->CASH<- sitting around on hand for when they get you with this cute maneuver with the shady AF tow company. Otherwise no complaints!
Whilst looking for apartments I found the ridge at eastern trails and figured I’d come back to it and after leaving my information I received a call from Zuleika Cruz-Otero about a week later. From there she made the entire process easy, comprehensive, and enjoyable. I was provided with everything I needed and the friendliness of her and her associates made the whole process entirely wonderful. The management, facilities, and community are a rare find with such excellence in every facet.
