First let me say, please do not move in here! I have lived here for one lease and it has been the worst/scariest experience of my life. First, you are paying a lot in rent and utilities and have no safety or help from the leading office. Second, I have had my water heater go out three times before they actually sent over a licensed HVAC person to realize it needed a new piece.
