Great staff, nice clean apartments. Really love the location!
Scam likely, would not accept move out notice although signed lease was a short term take over. Upon moving in the office made it seem like it would be so easy to move out on short term lease with no issues. They did not honor the carry over of original deposit from previous tenant as stated when lease was taken over. We were required to pay an additional two months rent at almost 1500 a month for a completely vacated apt that was vacated about two weeks before short term lease ended. I really have to wonder if the positive reviews are real. Maybe they are friends and family of the management , or just people who haven't moved out yet.....perhaps this place only trys to rob people from out of state? Just a few things to think about before renting.
This advice is to current residents and anyone considering becoming one: Do not trust ANYTHING they tell you and read everything you sign very carefully. Get EVERYTHING in writing. Get move-out sheets signed and dated by a property management agent. Ask about their $1500 “skip fee”. Hopefully this rant can serve as a warning to others.
