I’ve lived at the Ridge for almost three years, and I would say it’s decent only if you’re in the renovated units which are very few. It is an old, dusty, unkept apartment complex that masquerades as a luxury apartment complex. They justify the high cost because of private rooms, but I would ask do the bugs crawling through the cracked window seals scream “$1,800” to you? Living at Legacy Ridge has been a really great experience so far. The staff is kind and shared areas are clean and well maintained. The location is perfect for BYU-Idaho students. It feels like a supportive community, and I’ve enjoyed living here. I’d definitely recommend Legacy Ridge to anyone looking for campus housing in Rexburg.

I've lived at the Ridge for a little over a year at this point. For the things I most value in an apartment (Private Rooms of decent size, available parking, Ethernet jacks) they do a very good job. The location is good, generally away from traffic. The points given in other reviews have some merit, but aside from some issues my initial semester, I've only had positive experiences with maintenance and management. I can recommend it to others with similar priorities.
