I absolutely love living at The Ridge! The apartments are great, the community is well-maintained, and the staff truly goes above and beyond. One of the biggest highlights of living here is Chloe at the front desk—she is amazing! She will do everything in her power to help you, whether it’s answering questions, handling maintenance requests, or just making sure residents feel welcome and taken care of. If you’re looking for a great place to live with exceptional service, The Ridge is the perfect choice!
Chloe has always been super helpful, and listens to any and all concerns I bring up! She ensures that communication between residents and maintenance is clear and that they are aware of urgent matters. I’ve lived here for 3 years and have never regretted it!
Private rooms are nice, men's facilities are pretty nice too. However management is extremely slow at reacting to work orders, there is only an automated acknowledgement so you never know if your work order is delayed or ignored. Along with that, it took us a month or so with about 5 work orders and a complaint for management to actually fix our a/c in the dead of summer. I absolutely adore living here! my girls are the best roommates i’ve ever had! I also love the management. they helped me out when I had a noise complaint! I would recommend living here to anyone.
Very dirty here’s a list of things I noticed on move in day: the bathroom was covered in mold and hairs, the kitchen floors were sticky and hadn’t been swept, and the carpet in my room didn’t look like it had ever been vacuumed. The apartment complex enforces white glove but it didn’t feel like it unfortunately 🫤however it was nice having my own room.
