If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. This has been the most unprofessional, stressful, and frankly disrespectful housing experience I’ve ever had—and I’m saying that as an international student who followed every rule and still got mistreated. My son has had a horrible experience with management. While he made arrangements ahead of time to obtain his key after hours, management failed to respond to his phone calls and the answering service told him, he should just go get a hotel since it was a holiday weekend. We had to pay for two nights in a hotel before he was able to get his key. When we contacted management they said it was his fault. They were not helpful, concerned, and showed no understanding. If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. The management is truly unacceptable, unprofessional, impolite, and, most disturbingly, discriminatory. My experience with Miranda was especially concerning. As a person of color, I was treated noticeably differently from other residents during an interaction at the office. Her behavior was dismissive, rude, and deeply unprofessional. Chloe, another manager, was no better, equally impolite and difficult to deal with. I absolutely love living at The Ridge! The apartments are great, the community is well-maintained, and the staff truly goes above and beyond. One of the biggest highlights of living here is Chloe at the front desk—she is amazing! She will do everything in her power to help you, whether it’s answering questions, handling maintenance requests, or just making sure residents feel welcome and taken care of.
