My wife and I are trying to move in now, and we took a visit, the manager Pansy H. has been extremely welcoming, helpful, and communicative during our process. I made a small error on the application which is causing some hurdles, but the whole time, Pansy has been very responsive, and is fighting to get us approved and moved in smoothly and quickly. Every time I had a maintenance issue, it was fixed in a timely fashion, also the girl in the leasing office was friendly and professional, helping me get my issues resolved
I have lived here for a whole year now. I am very proud to be a part of this community. The people who live here are very good people, no drama from the outside world to be concerned about. Nothing crazy like the homeless bothering or robberies. Quiet and peaceful. Maintenance ALWAY on duty, fixing even the smallest things like changing light bulbs and batteries to the smoke detectors.
