I've been here for 2 years, and I can tell you, these apartments are not what they seem. They claim they've been renovated, but the renovations were rushed, and poorly done. When I moved into my apartment, the paint WASN'T COMPLETELY DRY. Many of my personal items got stuck to the painted surfaces as a result. When I first moved it, I reported a roof leak over my bedroom. It was not repaired until after Helene, resulting in severe water damage to the ceiling in the bedroom and bathroom. If I could give zero stars I would!! If you’re thinking about moving here, don’t. I’ve lived here for 18 months and it has been nothing but constant issues. Maintenance is basically nonexistent. The water gets shut off randomly with barely a day’s notice, and most repair requests are ignored or never properly fixed. I’ve had broken outlets, a toilet that barely flushes, and a constant issue with gnats and flies. We have lived here for 4 1/2 years and have always had difficulty reaching the office/management company consistently. It's now time for our rent renewal June 2025 and AGAIN the office/management company is unreachable/unavailable. We've never been late on rent or cause trouble in the community. We would just like to enjoy some peace of mind when it comes to having a roof over our head. Doesn't everyone?
