Had a tour of the apartments today and in my opinion they are the most well kept up-to-date apartments that I have seen in a long time I really appreciate Miss Tiffany helping me go through the buildings and letting me know about the application fees this is a really nice place for anybody that is looking

Terrible experience. I’ve lived here since April of this year and it has been nothing but one problem after another. Four days ago, my bathroom flooded because maintenance replaced my toilet with a used one — the lid doesn’t even fit — which caused water to overflow and flood not only the bathroom but also the living room and kitchen. I was told my rent would not be prorated and that they would cut out the damaged ceiling and repair it. They need assigned parking, because having neighbors with 4 or more cars and they park them all in front of my door and window. They are definitely inconsiderate. At least park the rest of your vehicles in the other parking spaces across. Working double shifts and getting home late most nights leaves me to have to park all the way at another building. Two cars should be the max for in front of your door parking.
