If I could give ZERO stars I would. Do not apply here. As many other comments have stated, they only want your application fee. I wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t even have any available units!
Very well kept! Safe area ,quiet with the perfect attractions for kids. And the location perfect for in town shopping or a quick jump to 85N or 85S.
please read the reviews first………. I wish we would have read the reviews because just as others stated the same has happened to us. We were able to speak with someone complete the application and pay 2 application fees but after that we have not been able to get in contact with anyone since. Every time you call the phone just rings and says voicemails can’t be left at this time. If you are in urgent need of a place to stay and don’t have money to waste I urge you not to apply to the groves you will be very disappointed.
Wouldn't recommend any applies for these apartments. They seem to having ppl apply and just taking application fees. They've told me multiple times they are sending me documents for approval and nothing. You can't even get in touch with anyone
I’ve been here going on 2 yrs and I must admit the new management by so far has been AMAZING 🥰👍🏿! I recommend The Grove to anyone who’s looking for a new please to call home. I have a 2 bdrm townhome and I love it. To all the staff you all rock 😂 frfr !!!!!💯 And I was able to decorate my place however I did ask lol! Just a peek
