Rick Saba is THE BEST!!! He helped me find my house and then sale it years later so I have experience with him on both sides of a real estate transaction. He is great at follow through and is always reachable. He has a terrific team, knows the industry, and guided me well through my recent sale. His communication is top notch. I’m convinced there is no one better!
Even having been in real estate myself many years before we asked Rick and Caroline to be our realty team; there were a number of things I was supposed to do. I ended up calling Rick from our new location and he, Jada, and Caroline stepped in and took care of the loose ends! They couldn’t have been kinder about it, and I would use Coast again!

After five wonderful years on the island, it was time to move on and Rick is the guy we called.
