Rick and his team worked hard for us to find the perfect fit in SC! Rick spent a couple of days with us looking at the areas and communities to get an understanding of what we were looking for and tailored the searches based on that. Rick was more than willing to attend open houses while we were not there and was always available when we called. The result was a beautiful home in the Hampton Lake Community, of which, we could not be more pleased. Thank you Rick and team for making dreams come true!

We worked with Rick and Caroline for selling our home and buying. Both are amazing to work with, they know Hilton Head better than anyone! We got top dollar for our villa and it was a quick sale in a market that was not super hot for sellers. The marketing materials (print, photography , drone videos….) were amazing and helped our villa get the attention it needed. They were quick to hold multiple open houses for the public and brokers.
