Kenny and his team are great. Couldn’t ask for a better insurance company to do business with. Love them all
Kenny did everything I wanted when I messaged to check on my insurance rates. I moved to Texas and felt I was getting raked over the coals by my current insurance agency (Not Kenny). In the end, he told me the truth. I had a great policy with who I was with, the same coverage he would advise if I was with him. Unfortunately, I do have the best rate I can get right now. Texas is more expensive than KY. I was glad he didn’t try to sell me on anything, when I move back I plan on switching to his agency.
I’ve been with Richmond Insurance group for nearly 5 years now. Kenny and his team have been nothing but amazing. They have gone above and beyond many times to help me and my family with different issues over the years.
