The Richmond Doctor booked me a same day appointment at short notice. A friendly receptionist quickly and helpfully answered all our pre-visit questions and gave us a warm welcome on arrival. The practice is clean and wonderfully calm. With no fuss they adapted the consultation to accommodate my accessibility needs. I was with Dr Ursula Radlofffrom 2017- 2018. She was completely incompetent and didn't provide the blood test that I had asked her, agreed with her and paid for. It caused some issues with my health because the test was not done as requested even though she had detailed reports about my health and what I needed in front of. Very unreliable. I complaint in great detail to the practice and was ignored. Needless to say I found another doctor and never went back here.
awesome experience. we were traveling with our infant who was sick and needed a quick consultation. no wait, super clean and nice office with toys for her. doctor was professional and gave a good treatment plan. great experience overall!
I had a very positive experience with this doctor. The studio is nice and clean, and both doctor Sebastian and the lady at the reception made me feel comfortable and treated like a human being. I was able to book an appointment on the same day and within two hours. And prices are very fair as well.
Really good experience, doctor Seb is professional, knowledgeable and patient with our little one, and the lady in reception is super friendly and helpful to make sure we are seen as quickly as possible and the process was very smooth. The place is very well run, clean and homy which also helps children to feel more relaxed. Thank you both!
