On Wednesday, May 8, I purchased tickets at the box office in the lobby of Richmond Ballet. I was offended and disappointed by the clerk's pouch which she had right inside the ticket window. The pouch was stenciled with the phrase, "Don't F*** With My S***". To be polite, I have not filled in the words; but the words were spelled out and clearly read. RecommendedTheir performances are exquisite. The dancers are so talented and graceful. The costumes and set designs are so beautiful and amazing. I would highly recommend the Richmond Ballet.
I was trained by Russians and American Ballet masters from American Ballet Theatre, Dance Theatre of Harlem, Alvin Ailey, School of American Ballet, Henry Le Tang and Francis Rhymes School of Dance and Harlem School of the Arts. Richmond Ballet is the closest school To all of these besides my private dance school. It’s one of the best of the best.

Last night's performances were stunning! Loved the Chopin, even though not totally wild about the Robbins choreography. Second act actually brought tears to my eyes. I really am surprised someone would decide to choreograph a requiem, but so glad she did! The performances were uniformly outstanding. We are so fortunate to have this company in Richmond!
